OUTSTANDING! This was my first time selling a property and Carly was recommended to me via Facebook. She came to value our house and from stepping through the door she showed a genuine interest in the house and wanted to get us the best price possible. She was absolutely spot on with the valuation and her advice on how to market it was invaluable. She is extremely friendly and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. Incidentally, we had already booked a second valuation with a well-known Rotherham estate agent (rhymes with Berryfeathers!) and I can’t begin to tell you the difference when they came! The agent showed no interest in the house and it became very obvious that all they were interested in was a speedy sale (despite us telling them that we weren’t in a rush to sell). They initially valued our house at £30K LESS than Carly and in addition, their fees were over £700 higher! We chose assisted viewings which Carly was more than happy to do, and indeed encouraged us to leave this to her. She sold our house within 4 days, and got us the price we’d hoped for!! Nothing was too much trouble at any time of the day, and when Laura joined her business part way through the sale going through, she kept in touch with us regularly, liaising with both sets of solicitors and updating us throughout. I cannot recommend Carly Wilson Estates enough for anyone selling a property in and around Rotherham! They definitely go above and beyond … amazing customer service!! Thank you Carly and Laura! INCREDIBLE!! My house sold in 3 days!! Carly and Laura have been the best, it hasn’t been just a case of selling the house, the service from day one to completion has been absolutely amazing. We received weekly updates and if we had any questions they got answered. This really is an above and beyond company. Nothing is too much trouble. We were let down by our removals at the last minute, but even helping us with that was no problem. Estate agency done the right way. After meeting a range of different estate agents to sell our home earlier this year (including high street and online only companies), Carly Wilson from the off was clearly the most personable, committed and reliable than all of the others put together! She sold our house within 24 hours and continued to support us almost daily right until exchange and completion! Nothing was too much trouble and Carly is contactable evenings and weekends, which made things easier for us when at work during normal hours. The best estate agent ever! We’d been through the mill with our house buying journey until we met Carly. As soon as we viewed one of her properties it was a total breath of fresh air – we had arranged a viewing within a couple of hours and had our offer accepted that very same night! Carly is available throughout the day and evening, so you are never left wondering what is happening and she is so friendly, not to mention knowledgeable about her properties. With a lot of estate agents it can feel like they only care about their vendors, but with Carly she clearly cares about her buyers just as much.
